In the unlikely scenario you don't love our product, for any reason, just send us an email (hello@codiskin.com), and we will issue you a 100% refund on your product purchase, no questions asked!

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Codi Skin will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to respond to your request for a refund. All refunds are issued through your original payment method, and may take up to 2 weeks to clear. In the case you no longer have that payment method, we are only able to issue store credit.

Please note that this guarantee is in place for all our customers based in Australia and New Zealand, on all their purchases directly through our https://www.codiskin.com website. Our policy does not cover any purchases made through 3rd party websites, resellers, retailers or internationally.

Further, you may not make a claim on the same product multiple times under this policy. You may still reach out to us if you've had a bad experience, and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

The refund under the 14 day money back guarantee policy should not be abused. Abuse or manipulative use of the policy could result in refusal of service by skinlush, or legal proceedings.
